Orders are sent with either Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size of your order, and are dispatched from within Yorkshire, UK.

We dispatch most orders next day! You can expect your delivery in these timeframes for orders within the UK:

We are unable to cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

Refunds will only be considered if the order has arrived damaged or has not arrived.

We have a 14 day refund policy, meaning that items must be reported as damaged within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a refund.
